1. Call routing¶
- This part define how an incoming call to a phone number should be routed
1.1 Default routing¶
- An incoming call can be routed to different applications.
- Route to a number:
- To an external phone number: This can be your mobile phone number or some other phone number
- SIP Phone: Some SIP phone extension of your enterprise
- Route call to an application:
- Call queue
- Conference: 3 or more persons can discuss altogether inside a conference.
- IVR Menu: An IVR Menu that allow you to make choise using the phone’s keypad
- IVR Application: Route call to an application that you have developped
