1. Call routing

This part define how an incoming call to a phone number should be routed

1.1 Default routing

An incoming call can be routed to different applications.

Route to a number:
  • To an external phone number: This can be your mobile phone number or some other phone number
  • SIP Phone: Some SIP phone extension of your enterprise
Route call to an application:
  • Call queue
  • Conference: 3 or more persons can discuss altogether inside a conference.
  • IVR Menu: An IVR Menu that allow you to make choise using the phone’s keypad
  • IVR Application: Route call to an application that you have developped

Play a message: Play a message that has been created previously
